EXCHANGE POLICIES 

Should you need to amend your order after receiving your order confirmation email, you can get in touch with us within 24 hours. If shipping processing has already started, we will not be able to make any amends to your order. 

You can exchange any item purchased on our site within 30 days. You can exchange your item for any other product available on the site that matches or is below the original item's price. 

Please send us an email to info@zarvich.com with the following information:

1. Full name, order number and item you wish to exchange.

2. Reason for the change. We need to know why you are looking to return your item. Please explain what is wrong with the product or if it was just a change of heart.

A member of our customer service team will then get in touch with you to coordinate the exchange in the shortest time possible.

Please note that all items must be in perfect state, unworn and unwashed, and in their original tags and packaging in good state. 

In order to be able to process your exchange, we need to see the original order confirmation. Without it we won't be able to process the exchange. 

We are a small brand, so as much as we'd love to cover return costs for our customers, please note all exchange rand return costs must be covered by the customer. 

 

 

RETURN POLICIES 

Despite making our foremost effort to deliver your order as requested and guarantee the high quality of our products, exceptionally, we may make a mistake or send a faulty item. Should this be the case, we are determined to make it right.

Our products are either made or finished by hand, which is why some small faults may be found or small variations in natural materials such as wool, leather or silk may occur. A small variations between sizes could also happen. Please bare in mind these aspects when placing our order.

We shall reimburse your payment once the item reaches our office and we can check its state and quality. Please note that all items must be unworn and unwashed, and in their original tags and packaging in good state. 

In this case, the cost of returning the item is covered by us.
